RETURNS + REFUNDS
If you decide that you are not satisfied with your order we will accept returns or exchanges of products that have been unused and are still in original packaging. You have 7 days to request a return authorization (RA) number and ship your order back. Customized products cannot be returned.
Please send a note to email@example.com to obtain an RA number. RA numbers must be written on the outside of your packaging before you ship it back. Any packages received without an RA number will not be accepted. Please ensure that your package is tracked and insured as we are not responsible for any items lost while being returned.
Refunds will be processed once the return has been received and the condition of the items has been verified.
