AZURE LAZULI is a small design studio located in downtown Toronto, Canada offering a selection of made to order handcrafted leather goods. Our goal is to produce products of exceptional quality and design, while supporting the local economy and environment.  All products are created using hand tooling methods instead of sewing machines.  An extensive number of steps are involved and many hours of intricate manual labour are required by craftspeople in order to create your handbag.  

Please allow 3 to 5 weeks for your handbag to be produced and prepared to be shipped out to you. You will receive a shipping update when your order is dispatched to let you know that it is on its way.  

If you decide that you are not satisfied with your order we will accept returns or exchanges of products that have been unused and are still in original packaging.   You have 7 days to request a return authorization (RA) number and ship your order back. Customized products cannot be returned. 

Please send a note to shop@azurelazuli.com to obtain an RA number.  RA numbers must be written on the outside of your packaging before you ship it back.  Any packages received without an RA number will not be accepted.  Please ensure that your package is tracked and insured as we are not responsible for any items lost while being returned.

Refunds will be processed once the return has been received and the condition of the items has been verified.

Out of country orders are responsible for all duties and taxes on goods purchased.
